Hello to all adminstration and events team, I am of coarse saddened by the postponing of this years 2010 conference. It us unfortunate that I will not be able to attend another conference after planning to attend this one. Knowing that I have already paid I choose not to be reimbursed nor can the money be available to me next year because I will be preparing for law school and internships and career paths are reserved for summers here on out.
Last year I was sponsored and after having the dramatic impact I recieved last year I not only want another student or child to attend but I want to give back what was given to me. So please don’t refund me nor thank me, because Im only giving back what was given to me. I probably wont be crossing paths with ASFB anymore as my law career will not lead me to Tennessee but I will keep up with CeCe and her ministry. I wish this program the best and all the wisdom and knowledge of God to help better desern more of what my generation needs. God Bless You.

  2. Knowing that the Father knows best my momentary disappointment was quickly replaced with expectation! The Lord has connected me to Tennessee and the pull is getting stronger, so I am always excited when the conferences comes around. I’m on the board a Los Angeles based Ministry that focus on helping urban young ladies fulfill their callings. It would be wonderful to bring a delegation to the 2011 conference.

Believing the Lord will give you the direction, the wisdom, the favor and the resources to accomplish all that is needed.

Grace & Peace to you all.

    Cecyl

My name is Mama Brenda Matthews and I am a performance poet here in Chicago. I have been working with youth over 25 years and I use my poetry as a way to minister and impact change in the lives of young people. I am writing to see if you all are possibly looking for poets to perform at your 2011 Conference. I can be found on youtube and if you google me there is more information about me just type in Mama Brenda Matthews. Poetry/spokenword is an art form that ministers to the heart of youth no matter what their back ground it is certainly a tool for evangelism. Please feel free to contact me if you’re interested I can be reached at bmatthewsn@aol.com or you can call me at 773-213-9783. Thank you I look forward to hearing from you.
    Peace and Blessings

I am very disappointed. We have just concluded our 6th Annual Girls Conference on Friday 19 March 2010. So I just reconnected with you! We were in the midst of fundraising with our girls and boys to bring them to Tennessee this year from Nassau, Bahamas! Will there be any other events leading up to 2011?

We were excited to come to Nashville again this year with our “Sister-2-Sister” group. Our young people were blessed by their attendance at this conference. One young lady received the baptism of the Holy Ghost at this convention. We are excited about 2011. We are hopeful that one of the one-day conferences will be near Cincinnati so that we can bring our young ladies. We look forward to the one-day conference schedule so that we can begin to plan. May God bless the Loves for their willingness to do God’s work.
