Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What about meals?
Registration does provide options for meals to be purchased and includes dinner Thursday and breakfast lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday.
Concessions that include sandwiches and pizza will be sold by the Curb Event Center, and a Subway is next door. There are very few restaurants within walking distance of the venue, however if you have transportation there are numerous choices within 2 miles.
Q. How do I get discounted registration?
Come in a group! Groups of 10 or more receive a discount! Check group rates on registration page of the ASFB website.
Q.Do you offer childcare?
Unfortunately not.
Q. What does the registration fee include?
Access to all events, sessions and all giveaways (except for the Saturday night concert).
Q. How many people are you expecting?
For 2010 we’re expecting and estimated 4,500, and attendance is firmly capped at 5,000. Seats are filling fast, and there will be a waiting list if we sell out early.
Q. Can resources be purchased and are there exhibitors?
Yes. Sponsors, special guest speakers and artists will have merchandise available for purchase.
Q. How can I volunteer?
ASFB has a wonderful base of committed volunteers who help make this event happen! We prefer to draw in local volunteers who don’t need housing and can attend the many training meetings we have prior to the event.
Q. Do you offer a 1-day pass option?
Unfortunately not.
Q. Are there brochures and/or promo DVD’s available?
Absolutely! Check the media link on the ASFB website, or contact Shea Clark at rclark@purespringsgospel.com. Check the store link to purchase past Conference materials.
Word of mouth is a great way to grow and get information to those we may not be able to reach – please let us know if you have the opportunity to distribute promotional materials.
Q. Where can I get information on advertising and sponsorships?
We do not have booth space available for outside exhibitors, however if you would like to put materials in our registration bags, have your logo and information viewed on our screens during the conference or on our website, please contact Shea Clark.
